The species illustrated are a selection of those that one could be expected to find with ease. It is the hope of the author that this e–book will add to the enjoyment of those travelling in Western Australia and will enable identification of some common species of orchid and will awaken an interest in wildflowers in Western Australia and in particular an interest in the orchid family. Information on the classification of orchids and details of the common genera are given.
