This volume contains the technical papers presented in the workshops, which took place at the 7th European Conference on Service-Oriented and Cloud Computing, ESOCC 2018, held in Como, Italy, in September 2018:Joint Cloudways and OptiMoCS Workshop; 14th International Workshop on Engineering Service-Oriented Applications and Cloud Services.
