Non verbal reasoning is an important skill that is tested in various entrance exams, including the 11 GL exams. These tests assess a student's ability to analyze and solve problems using visual patterns, logic, and spatial reasoning. They are designed to identify students who possess the potential to excel in fields such as mathematics, engineering, and science.
To ace non verbal reasoning tests, it is crucial to practice thoroughly. The more you practice, the better you become at recognizing patterns, solving problems, and improving your overall reasoning abilities. This article presents 11 GL non verbal reasoning practice assessment tests that are tailored to help students of all ages master this essential skill.
1. Shape Sequences
This test assesses your ability to identify the pattern in a sequence of shapes and predict the next shape in the sequence. Practice identifying relationships between shapes, such as rotation, reflection, and translation.

2. Analogies
Analogies test your ability to identify the relationship between two sets of shapes and apply the same relationship to another set. Practice identifying common relationships, such as size, shape, rotation, and position.
3. Figure Matrices
In figure matrix tests, you are given a grid with a set of shapes. You need to identify the missing shape that completes the pattern. Practice analyzing relationships between rows and columns, and identify the rules governing the position and characteristics of shapes.
4. Code Breakers
Code breaker tests assess your ability to decode visual information. You are given a code consisting of shapes, numbers, or colors and asked to identify the pattern and apply it to solve the problem. Practice recognizing hidden patterns and deducing the logic behind the given codes.
5. Odd One Out
In odd one out tests, you are presented with a group of shapes or figures, and you need to identify the one that is different from the rest. This test assesses your ability to identify subtle differences and categorize shapes based on their characteristics.
6. Mirror Images
Mirror image tests require you to identify the mirror or reflection image of a given shape. Practice recognizing symmetrical figures and understanding the rules of reflection.
7. Hidden Shapes
In hidden shapes tests, you are presented with a complex figure made up of several shapes. You need to identify the smaller shapes hidden within the larger figure. Practice spatial reasoning and visualization skills to identify the hidden shapes.
8. Embedded Figures
In embedded figures tests, you need to identify a smaller shape hidden within a larger figure. Practice understanding the relationship between the smaller and larger shapes and develop the ability to visualize the hidden figures.
9. Rotations
Rotation tests assess your ability to identify how a shape or group of shapes rotate or flip. Practice recognizing the direction and degree of rotation, and apply it to find the correct answer.
10. Series Completion
In series completion tests, you are presented with a series of shapes or figures, and you need to determine the missing shape that completes the series. Practice identifying the pattern in the series, such as alternating shapes, progressive changes, or repeating sequences.
11. Spatial Visualization
Spatial visualization tests assess your ability to mentally manipulate objects in three dimensions. Practice visualizing objects from different angles, identifying how they would look when rotated, and predicting their appearance from different perspectives.
By practicing these 11 GL non verbal reasoning assessment tests, you will develop the skills needed to excel in this crucial area. Remember to review your answers and identify any patterns or strategies you missed. With consistent practice, you will become a master of non verbal reasoning and increase your chances of success in 11 GL exams and other entrance tests.
